These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pg50 ("pg50", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at pg50.io, including all games, betting markets, features, content, and services made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any portion of the pg50 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pg50 platform.

All monetary transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through locally trusted mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

To be eligible to register and use the pg50 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pg50 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Gambling by persons under 21 is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not using funds that belong to another individual.
• You do not currently hold another active pg50 account. Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pg50 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

pg50 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and payment ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any remaining balance returned to the payment source used for the most recent deposit.

To access the full range of pg50 services, you are required to create a player account by completing the registration process. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number associated with your preferred payment method.

You are solely responsible for:

Account sharing — permitting another individual to access, operate, or place bets from your account — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be shared will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds resulting from activity during the shared period may be voided at pg50's sole discretion.

pg50 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment sources are not permitted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your pg50 account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• pg50 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard charges.

pg50 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which must be read carefully before accepting any offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as promotional balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus balances that expire before requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to multi-player poker and live dealer games.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pg50 platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from pg50.

pg50 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at pg50.io/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in that document.

Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and delivering the pg50 service to you. pg50 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the pg50 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. pg50 applies industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg50's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pg50 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pg50 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or events beyond pg50's reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, and government action.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits pg50's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your pg50 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements, pending verification, or investigation will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time.

pg50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure.

Upon termination for breach, pg50 reserves the right to void any bonus balances and to withhold funds pending the outcome of any related investigation. Real-money funds not connected to a breach will be returned subject to the completion of any mandatory verification or investigation process.

pg50 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pg50 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. The revised terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the pg50 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
